- Crack eggs in a small bowl,add black pepper and curry, add to a pan and make scrambled egg,set aside

- Add in your scrambled egg,spices and seasonings to taste
- Add your indomie and stir very well, simmer for 2 mins and its done
- Wash tamarind and put in a pot,add water,ginger,cloves and cinnamon stick,bring to a boil
- Remove from heat,allow to cool,add blended cucumber and fresh ginger, sieve with a cheese cloth, add sugar and flavour. Refrigerate and serve
