  1. Take a pan heat it up add oil when the oil is enough hot then add mustard seeds when the mustard seed start spluttering adf garlic saute till raw smell goes out
  2. Then put onion saute till it become transculent.for the fast cooking add salt acc to ur taste.when the onion changes it colour add tomatoes and all the dry spiece cook till it become little bit mushy
  3. When the tomatoes get mushy add 1 tbsp.ketchup and chilli flakes mix it well then add chopped bread pieces cut into cubes.and lemon juices.mix all nicely and properly coated..
  4. Now its ready to eat quick bread upma garnishing it with some chopped corriander leaves and namkeen bhujiya
